As a Facilities Administrator supporting Amazon's Auckland corporate offices, you'll be the operational heartbeat that keeps the workplace running seamlessly. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees — and in this role, you'll do exactly that by providing essential administrative and operational support to the Assistant Facilities Manager. You'll manage the full lifecycle of service requests through the Corrigo platform, coordinate vendor access and compliance, support financial administration, and help maintain workplace health and safety programs. This position requires someone detail-oriented and customer-focused who takes genuine pride in creating an exceptional workplace experience. You'll work closely with the wider Facilities Management team, business stakeholders, and building management to ensure every Amazonian walks into a safe, functional, and welcoming environment each day.
