Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience & Operations Manager to lead end-to-end facilities management for a key client across New Zealand. You will oversee commercial operations, budget management, procure-to-pay processes, and cost optimization while ensuring preventive and reactive maintenance, vendor management, and a best-in-class workplace experience.

The role requires 5+ years in Facilities Management, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Experience leading FM teams and coordinating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of budget governance, procure-to-pay, and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with health & safety and regulatory compliance in NZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facilities management for a key client across NZ.
• Oversee preventive & reactive maintenance and manage vendor performance.
• Manage forecast, budget, procure-to-pay processes and cost control.
• Prepare reports for Global, Regional, and client stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and service quality.
