Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Facility Manager in Hamilton to oversee all facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient and cost-effective environment for site employees and product activities. You will drive process optimization, manage budgets and coordinate vendors, contractors and internal teams to deliver high-quality services.

The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with experience in O&M protocols, PM programs and MAC activities.

Qualifications

• College degree or above, with focus on business, technical or management areas.
• Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily facility operations, ensuring service quality and user satisfaction.
• Plan and manage facility soft services, including reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, fleet management, landscaping and parking.
• Coordinate maintenance work by technicians, vendors and contractors to high-quality standards and on schedule.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Facility PM program with routine maintenance and life-cycle planning.
• Manage MAC activities and capital project planning within budgets.
