CBRE is seeking a Facility Manager based in Hamilton to oversee all facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient environment and cost-effective delivery of services. The role requires coordinating maintenance, vendor management, budgets, and EHS compliance while supporting both on-site and remote facilities.
You will lead process improvements, preventive maintenance programs, and MAC activities, partnering with clients and vendors to deliver high-quality service and value for the organization.
Assure the effective functioning of soft service and hard service to provide an efficient and safe working environment for site employees and their product activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the client.
Deliver the planned financial result by driving process & cost efficiency.

Facility Managers must thrive under pressure, handling multiple urgent tasks and unexpected emergencies (e.g., equipment failures, safety incidents, client new requirement, natural disasters) with composure and effectiveness. They need to make swift, sound decisions to minimize operational disruption
Independently operate and manage multiple dispersed facilities (both local and remote). Adapting to specific needs of various locations and operating environments, providing remote guidance and support to on-site teams to ensure seamless operation of all facilities. Effectively communicating and collaborating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams across different geographical areas, allocating resources, and resolving issues remotely
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
Requires middle knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
College degree or above, and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or training. Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
