Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, coach performance, and manage recruitment.
• Schedule and coordinate daily team activities and training.
• Oversee facility repairs and maintenance with vendors and technicians.
• Maintain client relationships and address unresolved facility issues.
• Manage capital projects, budgets, and variance reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Review procurement quotes and contract labor for projects.
