Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facility Manager based in Hamilton to oversee all facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient environment and cost-effective delivery of services. The role requires coordinating maintenance, vendor management, budgets, and EHS compliance while supporting both on-site and remote facilities.

You will lead process improvements, preventive maintenance programs, and MAC activities, partnering with clients and vendors to deliver high-quality service and value for the organization.

Qualifications

• College degree or above; focus on business, technical or management preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning & process optimization to improve KPI performance.
• Oversee daily facility operations and service quality; manage soft and hard services.
• Manage facility PM program and MAC activities.
• Prepare and review facility budgets, contracts, expenditures and purchases; seek cost efficiencies.
• Vendor management; supervise contractors and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations; conduct inspections.
