Recruitnet Consulting Group Ltd in Hamilton seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to own a broad engineering function across maintenance, reliability, facilities, capital projects and compliance. You will lead an established team, strengthen systems and drive plant performance to support the wider operation.

You’ll oversee the Hamilton site and equipment of the contract manufacturer in Auckland, focusing on proactive leadership, clear priorities and hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team, setting clear priorities and expectations
• Drive planned maintenance, asset reliability and CMMS performance
• Improve plant availability, downtime, OEE and repeat failure performance
• Lead capital projects from business case through to commissioning and handover
