Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of facility assets. You will manage vendor contracts, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive cost optimization while developing facility personnel.

The role requires a degree in facilities management and 3+ years of relevant experience, with supervisory exposure preferred. CMMS experience and ability to interpret contracts are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in facilities management, building, business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in commercial/industrial real estate with facility management; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in maintenance, construction, engineering, and building management preferred.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.
• CFM/IFMA/BOMA certifications recommended; other engineering or technical training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and administration in line with C&W policies and client directives.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions and appearance of properties.
• Respond to maintenance requests from occupants and manage ongoing contract programs.
• Prepare and manage budgets, contracts, expenditures, and POs; provide reports for capital planning and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, safety, and building contracts; monitor vendor performance.
