Qualifications

• College degree or above, and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
• Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily facility operations, ensuring service quality and user satisfaction.
• Plan and manage facility soft services, including reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, fleet management, landscaping, and parking services.
• Coordinate, oversee, and/or manage repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, external vendors, and contractors, covering building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial services.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Facility Preventive Maintenance (PM) management program.
• Responsible for handling, coordinating, and managing facility Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) activities.
