Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort is seeking a hands-on Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a friendly F&B team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

You will work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, coach staff, manage guest inquiries, and support inventory and daily operations to uphold service standards in a fast-paced resort environment. This role offers career growth and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional presentation and the ability to lead by example.
• Reliability and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
