About the role
Based in our Manukau office, you will provide executive and administrative support to two senior executives in a shared role. You'll manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare briefing materials, and help ensure the team operates smoothly and efficiently. Alongside the primary EA functions of the role, you will contribute to the effective management of the office by coordinating facilities-related matters, supporting daily operations, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.
