Job summary

Ministry for Pacific Peoples (MPP) in Manukau is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior leaders. The role involves managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, and preparing briefing materials to keep leadership informed and prepared.

In this shared EA position, you will also help manage the office operations, coordinate facilities, and contribute to efficient administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong judgement, discretion and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and competing demands.
  • Public sector experience is advantageous.

About the role
