Job summary

Wesco Anixter New Zealand is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist to deliver advanced technical expertise across security and technology solutions in Wellington. You will work with Account Managers to shape designs, guide deployments, and support major projects for enterprise customers.

The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, integrators, and internal teams. Regional travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise security and technology solutions.
• Experience supporting customers in technical sales, solution design, systems engineering, or technical support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused with ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support, solution design guidance, and troubleshooting to customers and internal teams.
• Partner with enterprise customers, consultants, and integrators to understand business requirements and propose solutions.
• Support account managers to identify opportunities and develop enterprise solution opportunities.
• Assist with solution design, project planning, and risk considerations throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept testing.
• Support tender responses, technical submissions, and project communications with stakeholders.
• Deliver training and knowledge sharing to customers, end users, and internal teams.
• Attend industry events to maintain market awareness and promote enterprise solutions.
