Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of new business acquisition in Australia and New Zealand.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline, closing deals, and consistently achieving new business revenue targets.
• Ability to manage both high-volume transactional sales as well as complex multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.

• Own and deliver new business revenue targets by acquiring customers across ANZ.
• Pipeline Generation: Build a healthy pipeline through inbound leads, proactive outbound prospecting, and research-led account targeting.
• eCommerce Upselling: Identify and convert existing Shutterstock eCommerce customers into enterprise opportunities by leveraging usage signals and evolving customer needs.
• Territory Strategy: Develop and execute territory plans, prioritizing high-potential accounts, market segments, and growth opportunities.
• Consultative Selling: Understand customer challenges, creative workflows, and business objectives to develop compelling, tailored Shutterstock solutions.
• Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing and onboarding, with momentum and follow-through.
• Customer Onboarding: Own onboarding for newly acquired customers, ensuring successful product adoption and a positive initial customer experience.
• Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Shutterstock's full suite of products and solutions, adapting sales positioning as new offerings are introduced.
