Hostaway is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth in the APAC market. This fully remote role requires you to be based in Australia or New Zealand to collaborate with the team and internal customers.

You will research target accounts, execute outbound prospecting, handle inbound inquiries, and revive dormant leads while using CRM and sales tools to track activity. The position offers equity, remote flexibility, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS outbound sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed targets in fast-paced environments.
• Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
• Able to qualify inbound leads quickly and rekindle prospects.
• Highly motivated self-starter and team player.

Responsabilités

• Research target APAC accounts and decision-makers and prospect via cold calling, email or social selling to generate qualified leads.
• Respond quickly to inbound demo requests and web inquiries, qualify and book meetings when suited.
• Revive previously interested leads and tailor messaging to restart conversations.
• Use CRM notes and history to personalise outreach and avoid repeat touchpoints.
• Understand prospects' needs and clearly communicate Hostaway’s value proposition.
• Balance daily activity across outbound, inbound, and re-engagement pipelines.
