Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, a call centre, administration, or a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams) are essential.
• Ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks and juggle multiple competing demands.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where meeting KPIs and SLAs is a key requirement.
• Proven ability to multitask, stay organised and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• A problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience in the electricity industry or working with electricity retailers would be advantageous but not essential.
