Job summary

Asmuss Dunedin is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Dunedin branch. You will be the go-to person for customers, helping them find the right solutions and ensuring every interaction is positive.

Responsibilities include assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone, and by email; providing product advice; preparing quotes; and supporting promotions. A full driver's license and initiative are valued; Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally within an industrial, engineering, trade, or similar environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to get stuck in.
• The ability to juggle competing priorities while keeping customers front of mind.
• Confidence using computer systems, with Dynamics 365 experience an advantage.
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and develop your career.
• A good sense of humour and a positive outlook.
• A full driver's licence.

Responsibilities
