The role involves handling calls, emails, and written correspondence; resolving complaints; coordinating warranty repairs; processing spare parts orders; and working with internal teams to deliver seamless support.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience required.
• Experience handling complaints or escalated issues.
• Excellent communication and phone manner.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and provide first-level product and service support.
• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Resolve complaints and escalated issues professionally.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and arrange technicians or authorised service agents.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution to a high standard.
• Process spare parts and accessories enquiries and orders.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide seamless customer support.
• Escalate more complex issues when required and help identify effective solutions.
• Support the wider Customer Service team when needed.
