Bluecurrent is hiring a Customer Delivery Representative in Avondale (Auckland) to support daily operations, assist the team, resolve issues, and ensure smooth workflow from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, a call centre, administration, or fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams) are essential.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and juggle multiple demands.
  • Experience meeting KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proven multitasking ability and high accuracy under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in electricity industry or working with electricity retailers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer and internal queries in a timely and professional way.
  • Coordinate and manage incoming tasks, ensuring they are assigned and completed on time.
  • Collaborate with team members to keep workflows running smoothly.

About the Role

Exciting opportunity for a Customer Delivery Representative to join our supportive and collaborative team in Avondale.

In this role, you'll be at the centre of day-to-day operations, supporting your team, helping resolve issues, and making sure work flows smoothly from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating and being part of a team that makes things happen. You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience in customer service, a call centre, administration, or a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams) are essential.
  • Ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks and juggle multiple competing demands.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where meeting KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) is a key requirement.
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organised and remain calm under pressure while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • A problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in the electricity industry or working with electricity retailers would be advantageous but is not essential.

This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities at once, and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.
