At Cushman & Wakefield, our Trades Services team delivers reactive, project, and planned maintenance services to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across New Zealand. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead service delivery across the Tauranga and Bay of Plenty region.
Reporting to the Trade Manager, you will oversee electrical maintenance operations while remaining hands‑on in the delivery of electrical and HVAC maintenance services. You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while supporting technicians and maintaining strong client relationships.
Lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities across the Tauranga/BOP region.
Carry out electrical and HVAC maintenance, repairs, and fault‑finding as required.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company and legislative HSSEQ requirements.
Identify opportunities for additional works and communicate these to clients and management.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
Review and submit all documentation required for invoicing and reporting purposes.
Support operational performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A New Zealand Electrical Registration and current Practising Licence.
Previous experience supervising or leading electrical teams.
Commercial maintenance experience.
Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
HVAC servicing experience (preferred).
Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and mobile technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A customer‑focused approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
A commitment to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Working at Heights certification.
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) certification.
Additional trade or maintenance‑related qualifications.
