You’ll beleading the chargeon electrical projects across beautiful Wānaka, ensuring everything fromdesign and installation to testing, maintenance, and repairsis completed to the highest standards. You’ll work closely withclients, contractors, and internal teamsto deliversafe, efficient, and high-quality electrical solutionsfor commercial and domestic projects.
As anElectrical Supervisor, you’ll:

• Manage multiple job sites and oversee a team of electricians, providing guidance, motivation, and leadership
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to keep everything running smoothly
• Ensure compliancewith industry regulations, including theConstruction Contracts Act 2002and electrical safety standards
• Train and develop apprentices and junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Prepare reports, process variations, and manage documentationto keep projects on track

• Demonstrates commitment to health & safety
