About the Role:
The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades team comprised of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Carpentry/Handyman services. The workload will consist of a combination of planned and reactive maintenance and project work. Our clients include major banks, supermarkets, and a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises.
Environment, Health and Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the EHS requirements and behaviours in a commercial environment. Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential. as is a clean full driver’s licence. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
