Cushman & Wakefield in Hamilton is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Building Maintenance team, delivering reliable electrical services for a range of clients.
You will work as part of a trades team, performing reactive maintenance, minor projects and preventive maintenance, with opportunities for training and career progression. The role requires an Electrical Trade qualification, NZ license, and a commitment to safety; a company vehicle and benefits are provided.

You will be working as part of a team, comprised of Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Technicians and our Building Maintenance crew, ensuring our clients' facilities are maintained to a high level. Workload will consist of a combination of reactive maintenance and minor project work, but also assisting with Planned Preventive Maintenance works.
Health & Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the H&S requirements and behaviours in commercial environment. Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driver's license.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
