Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily shift operations at Kena Kena 4Square. You will drive service standards, support the team, and resolve customer and operational issues on the floor.

The role requires leadership experience in retail/hospitality, a manager's license, and strong communication. Weekend and evening shifts are a requirement, with a focus on health, safety and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within Retail / Hospitality / Customer Service.
• Valid Manager’s License / General Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle busy shifts with composure and efficiency.
• Availability to work a roster that includes weekends and evening shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily shift operations, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
• Support and coach team members throughout the shift to foster a positive team environment.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and resolution of operational issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, security, and statutory licensing standards.
• Morning and evening shifts
• Oversee opening/closing procedures.
