Job summary

Zan Services Limited is seeking a residential project coordinator to support building projects from planning through to construction completion in Auckland City. You will coordinate schedules, communicate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, manage procurement and maintain project documentation, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with planning and safety requirements.

The role requires organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s work experience in residential construction or related field.
• Bachelor qualification (Level 7+) or higher.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Work independently as well as in a team, under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, milestones and work programmes.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Oversee procurement, deliveries and site inspections.
• Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
