Job summary

Recruit Plus Limited in Auckland is seeking a Project Manager to take full responsibility for the construction management of residential development projects. You will coordinate owners, design and engineering consultants, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth collaboration and progress.

The role includes formulating and tracking progress plans, controlling quality, cost, and health & safety, and resolving issues to deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial construction project management.
• Familiar with New Zealand building codes and Health & Safety requirements.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written, with ability to interface with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for construction management of residential development projects.
• Coordinate owners, design and engineering consultants, subcontractors and on-site teams.
• Formulate and track project progress plans, controlling quality, cost and health & safety.
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and partners to improve project delivery.
