Job summary

Kings Recruitment in West Auckland is seeking a projects coordinator to join an NZ-owned manufacturing business serving national clients. You will own a varied mix of maintenance and minor works projects, coordinating clients, contractors and internal teams from initial request through to completion.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience coordinating maintenance, construction or signage projects.
Experience coordinating with contractors, trades or suppliers.
Good understanding of Health & Safety compliance in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
Coordinate maintenance and minor works from request to completion.
Scope jobs, obtain quotes and coordinate contractors.
Track timelines, budgets, approvals and job progress.
Keep clients and internal teams updated throughout each project.
Manage records, reporting and administration.
Spot issues early and find practical solutions.
Coordinate multiple jobs at different stages, keeping everything on track.
