Job summary

Talent Connection NZ – Wellington Central, North Island is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive planning, scheduling and reporting for commercial projects. You will coordinate internal resources, vendors and installers to ensure deliverables meet timeframes and budget, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating commercial projects within construction or building industry.
• Strong project coordination skills, including managing timelines, documentation and competing priorities.
• Excellent computer literacy, particularly Excel and project management tools.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage tight timeframes and build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, monitor and report on commercial projects to ensure delivery timeframes are met
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors and installers to ensure project deliverables are achieved
• Manage changes to project scope, timelines and costs, identifying solutions to keep projects moving
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, including expectations, queries and project updates
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project, audit and compliance records
