KiwiRail Freight is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a part-time, fixed-term position at the Picton Ferry Terminal. You will coordinate passenger bookings, assist with ticketing and check-in for passengers and their vehicles, and ensure luggage is properly labelled.

The role requires a strong customer service mindset, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
