EVT Group in Auckland is seeking a Duty Manager to coordinate hotel operations on shift, focusing on Front Office, security and profitability. You will be the face of the hotel, resolving guest requests and ensuring safety and smooth running of staff and guests.

As Duty Manager, you'll co-ordinate and oversee the running of the hotel in the absence of the Hotel Manager or Guest Experience Manager, with a particular focus on Front Office operations, hotel security and maximising profitability. You'll act as the face of the hotel and its ambassador — empowered to resolve guest requests and issues on shift, and responsible for the safety, security and smooth running of the hotel, its staff and its guests.
