Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts Rotorua is seeking a confident Duty Manager to lead Front Office operations and help deliver seamless, welcoming guest experiences. The role involves guiding the team during shifts, handling arrivals and inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping to maintain service excellence.

This hands-on position requires leadership, a strong customer focus, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A Full Manager's Licence is preferred and Opera knowledge is advantageous.

Full-time – 40 hours per week on a rotating roster
$28.00 – $32.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift will be from 6.30 am - 3 pm or 2.30 pm - 11 pm with the odd night shift when required

About the Role

As Duty Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Front Office operations — ensuring every guest experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable.

Your day-to-day will include:
