The Role

We are looking for an Executive Housekeeperto lead our housekeeping team and ensure every room reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will set the tone for excellence — from presentation standards to team culture — making every stay memorable for our guests.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring the department runs efficiently, safely, and to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional room standards
• Oversee daily operations, including room allocations and productivity
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation across all areas
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to support performance and growth
• Manage stock control and monthly stock takes
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed
• Prepare and manage rosters to meet operational & budget needs
• Support payroll processes and departmental administration
• Conduct quality checks and performance reviews
