Job summary

New World Westend in Rotorua seeks an experienced Duty Manager to lead the store in the absence of senior management. You will oversee multiple departments and a 40+ strong team, ensuring efficient, safe operations and high service standards at all times.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on customer service, and the ability to drive compliance and safety across all departments. Shifts include early starts, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities to develop your leadership career.
