Job summary

Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a skilled Document Controller to support renewable energy projects in Auckland. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate and control project documentation across New Zealand utility-scale solar farm programs.

Responsibilities include managing documents in Aconex/Procore, maintaining version control, and facilitating document flow with internal teams, clients, consultants and contractors. Fixed-term, full-time role in Auckland.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control and EDMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Aconex or Procore is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Upload, register and manage project documents within Aconex/Procore.
• Maintain document numbering, classification and metadata.
• Ensure version control and archiving of revisions.
