Job summary

Metlen Energy invites applications for a Project Administrator to support a busy construction site at Edgecumbe - Tihori Solar Farm. You will report to the Project Manager and handle meetings, minutes, reporting, and travel logistics to keep operations running smoothly.

Key duties include financial and commercial admin support, asset and roster management, and effective communication with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Attend key project meetings and record structured minutes (e.g., Procore).
• Compile weekly/monthly contractor progress reports for internal and client review.
• Support commercial administration and cost control processes.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for site personnel.
• Maintain asset registers and site accommodation, vehicles, and office facilities.
• Manage workforce rosters and site labour data.
