Job summary

Metlen Energy is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support renewable projects in New Zealand. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate and control project documentation for utility-scale solar farm initiatives across NZ, with a focus on ensuring accurate records and timely information flow.

Based in Auckland, the role is full-time and fixed-term. You will manage document control processes, train teams on Aconex, and ensure compliance and traceability across all project

Qualifications

• Experience with construction EDMS platforms such as Aconex or Procore.
• Understanding of document control principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document management: upload, register, and manage project documents in Aconex.
• Ensure proper document numbering, classification, and metadata.
• Maintain version control and archive revisions.
• Track progress and issue formal transmittals for documents.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, client, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide support and training on the Aconex system.
• Manage user access and permissions.
