Job summary

Belron New Zealand is seeking an organised Distribution Administrator to join the Christchurch distribution centre. The role focuses on keeping customer orders moving, coordinating orders, freight, and inventory, and supporting supplier administration and internal teams.

You will engage with dealers and freight partners, identify process improvements, and thrive in a busy, collaborative supply chain environment; 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a logistics, warehousing or inventory administration environment.
• Experience managing customer orders and inventory; Warehouse Management System experience is preferred.
• Strong administration skills with intermediate capability in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing customer orders, credits and freight coordination to keep deliveries on track.
• Support inventory and supplier administration to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with authorised dealers, freight partners and internal teams.
• Identify practical improvements to increase service accuracy and efficiency across the supply chain.
