Job summary

Belron New Zealand seeks a Distribution Administrator at the Christchurch Distribution Centre to keep customer orders moving and support delivery commitments.

You will handle order and credit processing, freight coordination, inventory and supplier administration, building relationships with dealers, freight partners and internal teams. This is a busy, collaborative role focused on accuracy and continuous improvement within a global leader in vehicle glass.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory administration.
• Experience managing customer orders and inventory; WMS experience preferred.
• Strong administration skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong customer service and communication with stakeholders.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Trade or tertiary qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and credit where needed.
• Coordinate freight and manage inventory and supplier administration.
• Build relationships with authorised dealers, freight partners and internal teams.
• Identify ways to improve service, accuracy and efficiency across the supply chain.
• Support busy distribution centre operations.
