Job summary

ASB Bank in Nelson is seeking a Customer Specialist for a permanent part-time role (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday 10:30am–2:30pm. You will help customers with everyday banking needs, guide them to simple digital solutions and build confident connections.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, solving problems with care, and being comfortable with new systems in a supportive, team environment.
