Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist to support business and organisation customers in navigating our two-to-sign digital platforms. You will handle general user and payment queries and provide technical assistance via phone and email.

The role involves resolving issues, maintaining product knowledge, and liaising with third-party providers to ensure timely resolutions. Strong communication and banking familiarity are essential.

Formación

• Experience in contact centres or helpdesks.
• Customer service experience in professional environments.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Organised with good time management.
• Willingness to learn new digital platforms and adapt to tech.
• Familiarity with Westpac two-to-sign digital banking solutions (Corporate Online, Business Online, Westpac One for Business) preferred.
• General banking experience desirable.
• Experience with business/corporate clients desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and administrative support for general user and payment queries.
• Troubleshoot issues via phone and email.
• Identify problems quickly with technical know-how and proper data capture.
• Deliver prompt, courteous, professional solutions to customer calls.
• Be attentive to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Liaise with third-party providers to resolve technical problems.
• Maintain working knowledge of banking products.
