Job summary

Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join the regional team. You will support Business Managers by assisting customers with banking needs, with a focus on lending, and help ensure products and services meet client requirements.

You will work to improve customer experiences, resolve daily issues, and contribute to process improvements while building strong relationships with Business customers and partners across Westpac NZL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years banking experience, preferably within a Business Banking environment.
• Knowledge of Westpac’s products and services, particularly lending structures.
• Ability to interpret business financial information and assess risk.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking needs focusing on lending.
• Resolve day-to-day issues impacting delivery of Business products and services.
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience.
