Westpac New Zealand Limited is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist to support business and organisation customers in Auckland (Britomart) or Wellington Hapori Poneke. You will guide clients through two-to-sign digital platforms and provide technical/administrative support via phone and email.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and a tech‑savvy approach to troubleshooting and problem resolution. On-site role with a focus on digital banking solutions.

Qualificações

• Contact centre or helpdesk experience is required.
• Customer service experience in a professional environment is essential.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail are necessary.
• Organised with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable learning new digital platforms and tech-savvy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and administrative support for general user and payment queries.
