Westpac in New Zealand is hiring a Digital Banking Specialist to support business and organisation customers on our two-to-sign platforms. You will handle general user and payment queries, provide technical assistance by phone and email, and guide customers through onboarding and troubleshooting.

We value clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new digital tools quickly. This is a customer-focused role at our Auckland or Wellington locations.

Formación

• Experience in a contact centre or helpdesk.
• Proven customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Able to learn new digital platforms quickly and be tech-savvy.
• Knowledge of Westpac’s two-to-sign digital banking solutions advantageous.
• Good general banking experience desirable.
• Experience dealing with business or corporate clients desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and administrative support for general user and payment queries.
• Offer technical assistance and troubleshoot issues via phone and email.
• Identify problems quickly using telephone technique and technical knowledge, recording relevant client information.
• Provide prompt, courteous and professional solutions to customer calls.
• Liaise with third party providers to ensure expedient and permanent resolution of technical problems.
• Maintain good working knowledge of banking products.
