Job summary

HRinONE is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator – Data & Analytics for our Auckland-based client in the food manufacturing sector. You will work with production data, investigate discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across multiple sources in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining daily production records, processing SAP B1 orders, reconciling pallets, and handling goods receipts and inventory adjustments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain administration or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data cross-referencing.
• Proven ability to handle large data volumes accurately in fast-paced environments.
• Good understanding of inventory, production operations and ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) preferred.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyse daily production records ensuring data accuracy.
• Process production orders in SAP B1, review and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile pallet accounts with CHEP and other supplier pallets.
• Handle goods receipts, inventory invoice processing, stock adjustments and reconciliations.
• Analyse production and inventory data to identify patterns and root causes.
• Maintain accurate records and standardised work processes.
• Provide administrative support to the wider supply chain team.
