We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical and highly organised Supply Chain Administrator to join our client in their well-established, busy, and dynamic food manufacturing factory, backed by a leading large multinational group.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, investigating discrepancies and solving problems. You'll need strong analytical skills, the ability to connect the dots across different data sources, and the confidence to manage high volumes of data and transactions accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Maintain and analyse daily production records, ensuring data accuracy and investigating variances.
Process production orders in SAP Business One (SAP B1), including reviewing, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Reconcile and manage pallet accounts, including CHEP and other supplier pallets and crates.
Handle supply chain administration tasks, including goods receipts, inventory invoice processing, stock adjustments and reconciliations.

Maintain accurate records, documentation and standardised work processes.
Provide administrative and operational support to the wider supply chain team.
Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain administration, planning or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect the dots, identify patterns and investigate discrepancies across different data sources.
Proven ability to handle large volumes of data and transactions accurately and efficiently in a busy production environment.
Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control and production operations.
Demonstrated experience in investigating and reconciling inventory or production variances.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP Business One (SAP B1) preferred.
Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, with confidence in working with complex datasets.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
You're more than just a data processor. You're naturally curious, comfortable working with numbers and enjoy understanding the story behind the data.
You can spot when something doesn't add up, connect information from different sources and take ownership of investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Most importantly, you can maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing a high volume of transactions in a busy manufacturing environment.
