Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island (Foodies) in Auckland is seeking a motivated entry-level Master Data Analyst to support finance, customer and vendor accounts for a 12-month fixed-term assignment. You will help ensure data quality and act as a gatekeeper across master data processes.

You will work with SAP ERP, perform data checks, and collaborate with finance teams to drive accurate reporting. The role offers learning opportunities, onsite facilities, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or experience in Finance, Accounting or IT
• Experience using SAP ERP is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain data quality for finance, customer and vendor master data
• Run regular data analyses to ensure accounts are current and compliant
• Participate in initiatives and projects with other business teams
• Develop understanding of processes feeding master data to resolve issues
