Job summary

ASB Bank Limited in Whanganui is seeking a Customer Specialist for a permanent part-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 2:30pm. You will be the first point of contact, understand customer needs, provide simple solutions and connect them with the right specialist.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems and helping customers feel confident with their everyday banking.

The role

As a Customer Specialist, you'll often be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll take the time to understand what they need, provide simple and easy solutions, and connect them with the right specialist when their needs are more complex.

You'll also help customers get the most out of ASB's digital and self-service tools, making their banking easier and giving them confidence to manage their finances in the way that works best for them.

This is a permanent part-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 2:30pm.
