Job summary

ASB Bank in Blenheim is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers with everyday banking needs and digital solutions. This part‑time role (32 hours/week) offers a welcoming, helpful service experience in the Blenheim Advice Centre.

You’ll work with a supportive team dedicated to helping customers achieve their financial goals while balancing work and life in Marlborough. Banking experience helps, but attitude and customer focus are key.

As a Customer Specialist, you'll be the welcoming face of ASB for our customers, helping them with their everyday banking needs and delivering exceptional service at every interaction.

No two days are the same. You'll support customers with transactions, account enquiries, digital banking solutions and identifying opportunities to connect them with the right specialist when additional support is needed.

You’ll work alongside a supportive team that’s passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals while making a meaningful difference in the Blenheim community.
