ASB Bank is seeking a Customer Specialist to join the Advice Centre team at our Broadway Branch, Newmarket. You will handle a broad range of banking queries and help educate customers on digital and self‑service options.

Working 40 hours per week on a flexible roster, you’ll serve customers across multiple channels and assist with branch operations, while building lasting relationships and delivering memorable service.

Te tūranga | The role:

We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team within our Advice Centre based in our Broadway Branch, Newmarket.

As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings, and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week on a flexible roster, Monday - Sunday

You will be busy serving customers each day via a number of channels, while also maintaining the branch operations.
