PAK'nSAVE Rangiora, part of Foodstuffs South Island Limited, is seeking a confident Customer Services Assistant Manager to help run our Front-End and Online Shopping teams. You will lead from the front, support the team, and ensure customers have a great experience when they shop with us.

This is a permanent, full-time role at 40 hours per week, including one weekend shift. LCQ and General Manager's Certificate are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must have LCQ and GM's Certificate.
• Proven leadership and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the Customer Service Manager and Online Manager in daily operations.
• Develop and coach team members to meet performance standards.
